In life, it is good to hope for the best…but probably a good idea to plan for abnormal situations. Emergency Preparedness and Response is of vital importance for every high-risk organization, especially those involved in the use of nuclear and radiological materials. However, emergency planning can be highly technical and difficult to understand at the working level.

Bearing that in mind, ISR offers a unique combination of operational and technical skills to bridge the gap between the pure science and emergency planning and response practitioners. As a result, ISR has been at the forefront of the development of national and international guidance in nuclear and radiological emergency preparedness.

ISR has the skills, knowledge and experience needed to deliver a high level of quality for a range of radiological and nuclear Emergency Preparedness and Response services. Whether it is the development of highly scientific Technical Planning Basis documents and Emergency Plans and Procedures or the delivery of hands-on practical training and the conduct of in-depth and exciting exercises, ISR has what it takes to get the job done.

ISR has conducted a number of projects concerning both Emergency Preparedness and Response and CBRNE Counter Terrorism and Response. We also offer S3-Exercise and S3-FAST, unique emergency response software that provides real-time dynamically simulated (S3-Exercise) and actual (S3-FAST) field survey data based on time and GPS position.
