Zouheir has a B.Soc.Sc (honours) with a Specialization in Public Administration and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. His expertise includes Project Management, Human Resource Management and Marketing. Prior to joining ISR, Zouheir was a very successful small business owner/operator for several years. He has also worked at the National Radon Laboratory within the Radiation Protection Bureau of Health Canada, where he was the Radon Testing Team Leader on the National Radon Project. Since joining ISR, Zouheir has been a major contributor to the project management and execution of various projects concerning the radon survey of occupied buildings at various military installations throughout Canada. When not fully engaged in radon work, Zouheir works with ISR assisting in the development and delivery of CBRNE counter terrorism related training and exercises.
