Mr. Noël is a Project Scientist at ISR. He holds a M.Sc. in Nuclear Physics from Queen’s University, and has over 10 years of experience in research & development, project management and safety management. Mr. Noël was formerly Chief Scientist for Imaging Dynamics Corp., which successfully produced the first commercially affordable direct digital radiography system for human imaging, as well; he worked on the research TOKAMAK fusion reactor at l'Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique.
