Professional Summary

Ms. Lavigne has 15 years of experience managing the operations of small to mid-size companies whereby nearly every aspect of the administration has been her responsibility.  Since 2000, Sandy has worked at a supervisory level while undertaking various marketing and database management projects.  In addition to being responsible for the effective project management and control at ISR, she supervises project control staff to ensure all aspects of projects including resources and costs are within allocated budgets. Sandy is now an Exercise and Training Coordinating Specialist in ISR’s Products, Exercise and Training Division.  She is thoroughly familiar with the federal agencies involved in nuclear emergency response and has worked closely with Health Canada, DND, CBSA, CRTI and the RCMP, as well as several provincial and municipal nuclear emergency response teams, in the development and facilitation of large-scale exercises.
