Frank Kitching is a Project Manager at ISR and has a Masters degree in Nuclear Engineering. Mr. Kitching was formerly a Department of National Defence (DND) Senior Technical Advisor (STA) for Nuclear Emergency Response (NER) and Nuclear Safety Officer (NSO) for four years (2004-2008). In this capacity he was responsible for the implementation of a NER program for NPV and NCV visits. He controlled, evaluated or participated in more than 50 nuclear accident training exercises and evaluations at numerous locations throughout the country, including Halifax, Esquimalt, and Nanoose. Since joining ISR Mr. Kitching has worked with Health Canada, DGNS, and DRDC Ottawa, on a wide variety of projects.
