David Zinman is the Project Manager for the Products Division at ISR and has a Bachelors degree (honours) in Computer Science from Carleton University. David has extensive experience in software design and product management with several large firms and start-up companies and has contributed to the International Engineering Task Force (IETF) utilizing his expertise in the management of data communications. David brings to ISR a broad knowledge of the product delivery process, including project management, application and database development, toolsets and design.
