Mr. John Bureaux has a B.Sc. Chemistry and is a retired Inspector of 31 years for the RCMP. He is an International expert in training, tools and techniques for the police response to CBRNE terrorism and developed and led the RCMP response team for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) terrorist events for 17 years. He has led a team of international experts the development of the INTERPOL, Biological Incident Response Guide (BIRG); now in four languages (English, French, Spanish, Arabic), used in over 125 countries.

Mr. Bureaux has taught CBRNE response to military and police personal in the US, UK, Belgium, Israel, Sweden, France, Denmark, Austria, Holland, France, New Zealand, Australia, Luxemburg, Ireland, Singapore and Canada. He has four years as a tactical hostage rescue expert on the RCMP, Special Emergency Response Team (May 1985 – February 1990) and was the Officer in Charge within the Explosives Disposal and Technology Section at RCMP (2005). Mr. Bureaux has developed novel CBRNE incident response technologies/systems and secured 5 patents.
